7:30am. It’s wedding day, so I’m up early grabbing a double shot of espresso. In his vows, my husband JM promised to make or get me coffee every day we wake up together, and today is no exception. Typically my go to drink is a chai but a long day calls for a heavy hitter.
I’ve shot weddings that are steeped in tradition. And I’ve worked weddings with no tradition at all. Both are beautiful! While your wedding is primarily a celebration of your love, it can also feel overwhelming to couples trying to thread the needle, accommodating tradition alongside their modern desires for their big day.
As a wedding content creator, there is nothing I love more than getting to shoot a destination wedding. This June, I had the chance to bring JM along to shoot a multi-day destination celebration in Cabo San Lucas at the beautiful Pueblo Bonito resort.
